I totally dont agree with you guys..
I never saw a player start raging at me when I couldnt help him out.
You just have to answer in a kind way and they accept it and they say "np" and you shouldnt say that they have to shut up when they are raging on you.
As I have stated in my last reply here: the attitude from some staff members is wrong if they dont even want to help someone out just because you dont like him .. Live with it.. You are the mod and you have to show the right behaviour. Sometimes you have to work together with a guy you dont like.. That is also in real life.
If you cant deal with that, why you applied for mod then?
Mods have to work with every player, even if you dont like him.
If they keep insulting you, collect proof and punish him, problem solved.
Same situation for the normal player: if a staff member is busy with something, just wait till he has time. Dont like waiting? Then dont ask for help and try it yourself. Also you can post it on forum and explain the problem, so we can still help you out.
Keep in mind: staff members are also just humans, they cant fly or duplicate theirself .. Sometimes you have to be patience.

Im sure I play atleast 7 Hours a week .. Even more.. So .. Active..

That's what the topic is about i understand what you mean about people messing the community up. Convoys have become races to finish. Achievements have become people's main interests. I for one, don't like achievements or money. I like the community. Derping around with Shake,Brane, Cobus, Ethan, Matias,Hobo, kv100 the list goes on.

A few minutes ago, Brane asked me to check if his mods lagged. The server was lagging so much that I couldn't understand if his mods were laggy or he was lagging due to the server.


With these 100 slots, the host can BARELY handle the server, and we rarely go over 70 players. I'd assume 75 players (for now) would be a good thing until we get a better host (if we get it anytime soon, which I don't think we will)

Thats what i suggested before, if mick can lower the max players to around 70, because thats the max players i saw. And actually when CT was a new server, it raised its slots slowly till reach 100.

I found a video what Konali made about the lag in 2011. Right now we have same thing, or atleast i have.
