Just checked staffs stats, 75% have played less than 7 hours in 7 days.
3 or 4 staffs played like 20 hours or a bit less.

I hope admins take this topic / conversation into serious consideration.. It's quiet evident that something needs to be done, but in the end it's not up to players..

Can I just add something to this, it's summer. I don't know how many influence this has  but it has some.

That's a good point.. Meaning this will become more momentous as the summer ends and the new school year begins..

Summer = more time to play so come end of August/start of Spetember, that small activity will likely drop even more.

In my opinion, Admins/moderators should PM players and ask them to name somone off the top of their heads, who they would nominate for moderator. At least then, the players get some form of input

It doesn't depends on players, neither moderators, only admins chooses whoever they want to be moderator.

Duh, its summer, most people takes holidays from school, life, and etc.
You cant spec someone to be 24/7 on a server just because its holidays and hes not at school or working.
Its in winters time when people stick to their house and when they find they are bored they use the pc much more.

I didnt create this thread for "hate towards staff" it's based up-on the several things listed in OP. Could i ask why it's admins? seeing as only one of them is active,ones on holiday, the other feels he's not needed in game. It was just an idea thats all since players who are on the server most days, will know how players handle situations.

Yes people can take a break, go on holiday etc. But what about the staff members that have admitted they're bored of the server? Aren't they just wasting a staff slot? when there's perfectly capable people.

Since a few moderators, and admins have posted here. They have noticed it But as you said, we're just players.

Thanks , apparently, one hour per day, each week is acceptable "activeness". In my opinion, it's not. Sure there may be more to judging an admins activeness or whatever, but some may just come here. As i mentioned in another post. To fly around in their planes, and ignore /a messages. I'm glad the current active admins/mods are nice love you guys!

You keep saying some of us are doing noting/ignoring stuff but how are you sure about that? You dont see us watching them .. We have got our cmds which you guys dont know about.
Also you are saying that a few Hours a week is inactive but I have never seen you ingame while I was playing for hours.
You cant judge a book by its cover .. You dont know whats inside it.
You have to know that we are doing lots of more stuff then just kicking, warning people. We have to watching people for minutes, maybe hours before we can punish them.
Sometimes we are not ingame because we have to check stuff via our admin panel which takes time.
I hope you understand it better with the stuff I stated above and you may edit some stuff you stated above.

I can't nor i want to deny that, but still there are others who can't be very active due to different occurences in their lives. And there is no way for people to know the difference, at least without a long term tracking.


My point is, when staff members have 15-20 hours per week everything is alright, but when that number drastically lowers for a week or two people just raise all the hell.

Thats not for everyone, i have 7 weeks summer vacation but im working 5 days a week with a job of 8 hours a day so 40 hours a week and im in week 3 of the 4 so i already did 120 hours of work and have to do 1 week more, than i go a week away with family and our horse to make trips and the next week i go to Greece so i'm over 3 weeks 1 week to be at home and with the high temperature we have rarely in Holland im not gonne babysit online. The week after school starts again...
