If you want to fix the server, I dont think its about gamemode updates...its about community updates. Im not sure how the community has gone down hill, but it has. So how can the community be fixed? How about HELPING newbies, not reporting them for every little damn thing they do? Improving the community starts with everyone here. They must make a true effort to make it better. So, help a newbie...start a large convoy...cut out the petty bickering...and for fucks sake, lighten up on staff. They have enough things to worry about without all the senseless reports and accusations...

I'm all for helping newbies. But they should still read the rules before playing. If they break em, they will get reported by me. Its the convoys that attracted me to this server to begin with. But gradually, convoys stopped being fun, because they turned into a race. Last week, i saw somebody ask if the convoy leader could slow down. He ignored him :|

My suggestion/counter to this, make some form of distance check. If the leader is a set distance from the last player. Freeze him, until the slowest catches up. Obviously with a heading angle, location, speed check in place.

I have no need to lighten up on the staff personally, but i get what you mean. "OMG Admen why you no halp my my crash into water and boom my fail!!!11231!" is the typical rage response. As many people say, they should learn to drive, and respect admins. Without you admins/moderators, the server would be chaos. That, or Smokey sitting there being greedy.

The server do not reach 75 players, so why decrease slots to 75?

Really slots is just a number, server maybe be laggy if it has 100/100 players online...

If server has 45/50 players online would be the same lag as 45/100

The reason being, if players see 100 slots. The said players will join. Thus, creating more lag.

I was online again tonight and the only staff online was ==none== and he is just plain awful. There were idling / ramming cops and vehicles in the road.

Inactive staff should step down and let more active players be staff. A summer cleaning is in order.
Let me put it this way, people have more time to play video games in the summer rather than during the school year. If staff inactivity is this high now, just wait until the end of August/start of September.

Inactive staff should step down and let more active players be staff. A summer cleaning is in order.
Let me put it this way, people have more time to play video games in the summer rather than during the school year. If staff inactivity is this high now, just wait until the end of August/start of September.

It seems the amazing ==none== was asleep . I know a couple of staff i'd recommend to stand down. But i'm not gonna name them. As you said, they should step down, and let the more active players be staff, the ones that spend hours upon hours each day helping people. Instead of the ones i see flying in their rustlers ignoring /a messages. Fair enough people have vacation, but like 4 staff are active out of the rest. It's been that way for over two weeks. Maybe more.

it's not boring sir, everything is perfect. Too many kids now and community is fucked up.
And about staffs, we need more from S/N America or from GMT+8,  every morning of mine there are none staff online for hours
Too many European staffs and 75 % are inactive. If they think they can't handle the noobs just resign don't take others chances
Don't talk about new missions if you haven't done 17 achievements, finish first then complain

Agreed. It seems like the american time zone has always been understaffed. Then again, it is usually the time when the least amount of people are on. With hobo off the list, it is a huge setback. Now if only we knew someone from the american time zone who wants to be a staff member...

Agreed. It seems like the american time zone has always been understaffed. Then again, it is usually the time when the least amount of people are on. With hobo off the list, it is a huge setback. Now if only we knew someone from the american time zone who wants to be a staff member...

In my opinion, Admins/moderators should PM players and ask them to name somone off the top of their heads, who they would nominate for moderator. At least then, the players get some form of input

Most of the european staff are inactive/on vacation. My timezone: GMT. Timezone for me means nothing really. I spend most of my day on CT so i get to see the ins/outs of it all. I wish i had a sleeping pattern
