I haven't been playing for over a year, possibly even longer. During this time of inactivity, I believe the account may have been accidentally flagged or banned during a server restart or while checking account activity. I can assure you there has been no rule-breaking or misuse on my part. I'd appreciate it if you could look into this matter and let me know what might have caused the ban. I'm hoping this can be resolved so I can return to enjoying the game.

Perhaps somewhat of a system could be implemented, whereas certain requirements should be covered in order to obtain it (I am paraphrasing the said above). However, what also could be taken into consideration is the following: the more days that you log in (for an example 7 day streak), the bigger the bonus will be - and after those 7 days, it resets and you need to build it up again. I do believe that way, players would be encouraged to hop on more often.

I suggest other one idea about this.
Get a 20k more daily bonus after the first completed mission.
Its sound better than u only log in to the server.
