Dear Members,

Why Selling base is not allowed (or not refundable)

Well, clubs should be able to sell bases..

C.A:
- After 30 days instead of renewing it (we remove club from base)
    - Well I think its stupid to remove club from base (instead of paying 10% of its price)
    - But still, I will go with you..
   
So what if, we can only sell base (when expiry is after 29 days)..

In this way their is no scamming...

Price should be fully refundable or 75 percent....

Pointless in my opinion, if you want a new base, collect the funds and buy it, you haven not bought a base without a reason, have you? You are responsible for your own club, you either pay the fee for the base or lose it.

I feel you are telling me when companies "irl" buy a small yard for their trucks.. and  then when they need to upgrade bigger one..
They leave the yard without getting funds??

And when they do it they are responsible..
Is this your point?? (Just asking )

I agree with refunding when you want to buy a new base, only when you sell your old base. The funds should go to the club then, naturally. You shouldn't be refunded only when you lose your base by not paying for it.

You buy base for 24,000,000..
you get 30 days
okay now you cant sell base except after 30 days finish and you renew club base for another 30 days - the same day u renew u can sell ur club (or if u renew for 60 days u can sell it, when its above 30 days)..

All money should be refundable..


Upgrading is = sell then buy

QUESTION -- How will be the club vehicles removed from base? i mean 1 day before the selling_the_base day? or after selling the base?

Owner have to move them on their own. If a club buys the base in the meantime they have to give a fair amount of time to old club members to move their club vehicles out of club base before clamping them.

I remember asking mick exactly this when I was helping him test some scripts, when I wasn't a scripter. I'll talk to him again to see what he thinks about it because I can't recall exactly what he said that time.

No, that is not possible. You buy a base in the condition it is, no changes will be made. You should consider that BEFORE you decide to purchase it.

Well i do need this but, but if I can change some objects and make any road to base no stuck anymore will be good
