if server is restarting

well it will be fair is the server will not reset unexpectedly. so i think it will warn every 2-5 mins or more its like this:
                                                 SERVER RESTARTS IN
                                                                        2 MINUTES
so that the players will be ready and dont take another mission.

Every time server is restarted by admins, a warning is given "Server restarts in 10 mins". Least time given is 10 mins which is enough for players to complete their missions.

There is no warning when server/host crashes unexpectedly and restarts on their own.
