You can't earn money with it...  People only buy from there because they can get cheap vehicles. About "people not using anymore" not many people know about it, when they know they'll use it for sure.

Not everyone is same. I saw someone selling His petrol trailer for 65k...  I think that's cheap enough. Everyone wants to make some profit out of it and that's not a bad thing is it?

Advertising your vehicles for sale is not allowed in main chat & in PM.
Advertising club on billboard, welcome message, rank, announcement is allowed.

Just stating that, a rule such as this is broken more then any rule I've seen. And clearly If it still applies that you cant Advertise CT in CT, then there needs to be stricter policies.
