After I arrested him while he was doing Theif, First  BRAUN started ramming me then he too. Is catching theifs something so rude that people start ramming you ?

From the screenshots you have given me, I personally would have only kicked or frozen for this. Theres not detailed enough proof to warrant anything higher.
