Need help on gpu upgrade. Suggestions please!

I have a mid tower case, with a 990x gigabyte mobo, a 960t 3.0ghz (over clocked to 3.6) on a stock cooler, rip jaw 8gb of ram (black sticks) and a 750w psu (give or take 50.) asus 6850 is the gpu. I only want redeons.

Id say any of the R9 series, either 270/80/90,, it depends on what youre willing to pay.

As Sandman said, the AMD R9 270/280/290 are the best bang for your buck at the moment. If you really want Nvidia, go for a 760/770/780.
Nvidia will be most likely be releasing the 870 and 880 in September/October of this year if you want to wait for those. They will be fairly expensive though.

if you want a bit outdated GPU, you can try HD 7950, and R9 270x is pretty good, both are GTX760 enemies, I'm sure these gpu can run anything for a good price

More bang for your buck if you go for a newer GPU imo.

Rx 200 series is the same as the radeon hd 7xxx series.  Rebrand, uses the same gen gpu technology.
