off topic: there is ways to arrest suspects who are in planes it just requires cops to actually work together.

Well with the teamwork skills of cops that want their achievement/want the arrest for themselves, I don't think that would be possible unless there was a cop waiting at every airport for the plane to refuel, which would require teamwork and 6 cops to get one person

Useless, why would the wanted star's gone after 20 minutes or else and being unwanted after all?, doesn't make sense, polices existed for a reasons, look in real life, wanted is wanted, there's no way that if u're wanted and after a mins u arent wanted anymore in real life, unless if the game has facial surgery or surgery body shape to change ur indentity
