g_developer "1" from config and it should work. might want to add g_console "1" too for console to do quick saving, quit etc.

I have nothing on camera 0

Go MyDocuments/Euro Truck Simulator 2/, now open the config.cfg file with notepad
and search for
uset g_console "0"
and
uset g_developer "0"

Change their values to 1 . Now have fun !
If you want to move faster or slower with camera 0, press ~ and write g_flyspeed and a numeber from 0 to infinite :d like g_flyspeed 10 for low speed and g_flyspeed 300 for faster

As all SCS trucking games, and Bus driver runs on Prism3D engine, they all have those 2 lines in the config file. So works on, PTTM, ALH, Haulin, ET, ET2, ETS, ETS2, GTS, UKTS and Bus driver
