I asked about this in Off Topic but I found my answer.

This is a text color tweak. I don't know exactly how do you do it but I do know that it is some sort of sa-mp client modification. It wasn't mentioned in the help section, so I thought of asking about it. You can see it below, the player is using his own red color.

It's not a spam bot. A friend of mine modified my sa-mp and I had it today. I removed it tough because I didn't know how to make it how it normally was, so I freaked out. Had to reinstall my game completely.

This is all that it does. It changes your chat color.

This is client sided or the server has that feature.

Otherwise its not possible until the server have those commands.
And our server doesnt have that.

This pic was made on my server. And we don't use that either but that couldn't stop the guy from using his red in chat.

its not a mod, and no unfair advantage is there as everyone can do this.

It's not allowed, we don't want colour fantasies in chat, and it's technically a SA-MP glitch / bug.

maybe for vips or hmm.. best players (first 10 or 20) or sth.. or none at all ?

I guess you kind of deserve this....but idk. They have to make something from scrap and I doubt it.
