What actually was happening:
Matti was with me. We were freeroaming on the lv highway. I was using an Nrg and I wanted to go fast. I know you can either pop a wheelie (i got around 280 with this technique) or press the upper arrow key constantly to get speed (around 240) but I found out that by doing both (wheeling then pressing arrow key many times while still sheeling) you can go faster because you combine both extra speed effects. Apparently I went over the speed limit Smokey it set at (around 450?). I went 405 and 419, the 3rd time I got banned.
