What actually was happening:
I installed a few cleo mods for my gtasa offline long time ago and i totally forgoten about it and i accidentally press get the activation button for auto pilot.

Intentional or not, you used something which gave you speed which isn't attainable normally (I only managed to hit ~130 kph with Raindance) + a auto-pilot mod shouldn't give you a speed boost.
