squeaky aluminium fan

so i have a weird problem,

got this aluminium fan, it's pretty big and goes really fast. but it also squeaks at random times and the only way to stop it is if i hit it on the cover, but then 10 minutes later it just does it again.

i've tried q20'ing the thing but that hasnt helped at all, i went and tightened every thing that was loose-ish up very tight, still squeaks.
