If you've set up email recovery at server using /email then here's what you can do.
Go to this link => http://www.convoytrucking.net/pass_reset.php

But if you haven't done this then you need to ask admins to send email to your forum email address.

First, your in game name is wrong. So we/admins can't do much since we don't know your in game name. What name are you trying to connect with? You should wait for an admin to link/fix the email address associated with your account (if it exists) so you can access the password reset form.
