how can i change numberplate ?

I want to know how to change numberplate for my car. What i need for it (100 loads or what)?

You need VIP status to use /numberplate.

You need to VIP in order to have custom number plate on your vehicle.
If you are vip Already then do this:
1. Get inside the car of which you want to change number plate.
2. Type /vip
3. Select custom number plate option.
4. Enter desired number.
5. Respawn your car.
