I know you might feel I'm exaggerating a lot about this

I want to express my deep frustration with the management's decisions , There are no other opportunities, or even fairness in some decisions

I used to love the convoy trucking server so much and spend a lot of time playing it, but now I feel very frustrated

After a great effort and achievements in a short time Seriously consider stopping playing At least temporarily

I don't care about losing achievements, effort, and time; we are the ones who make these things, not the other way around

I also encountered some frustrated persons for example "T..."

Ultimately, I'm not at all interested in anything that will happen or any decision that will be made after this topic. I doubt anyone will even read it

Any specific occurrences that you can reference which are bothering you? If you don't want to name anything publicly, you can send any one of the staff a PM.

The following is my personal opinion as an individual. It doesn't represent the staff as a whole: in a perfect world everyone would be treated equally, but each staff member on ct is an individual with their own thoughts and feelings. There are guidelines for how we should react to certain things, but most of the minor things are up to the individual staff member who reacts(within reason of course). Also, some players are under more scrutiny than others due to past behaviour, whether they are offenders or not. Even if someone has never been banned or warned before, constantly bending the rules still paints a giant target on their name that makes mods and admins focus on their behaviour with a microscope.

If it's about the opposite, about staff not reacting when they should, keep in mind that staff aren't banned from being AFK and they could have missed it. Also, keep in mind that we have commands to force the rules dialogue to pop up on screen for someone who breaks a rule, which is completely invisible to other players.

Basically if someone is typing 3 or 4 messages in non English in cb 19 for example, to you it may look like staff isn't reacting at all, but chances are the offending player received either an admin message or was reminded of the rule, both of which only staff and the offending player can see.
