Proof:
Alex_Fartass and his brother Si_hmed_Scania all time flow me when i am not wanted and when i am wanted. If they jail me, then they come and wait at police station to flow me were i need start mission and they start ramming and all.... I have only last mission record, but other players have same situation with Alec_Fartass and Si_hmed_Scania

True both Alex_Fartass and Hmad_Scania are doing this all the time, to me and Ryder and MercedesBenz as shown here... They camp all the time even if there is nothing other police work to do to then instant come and ram u.
