Edited SAMP snow to make it fall in a random pattern instead of in straight rows.

Or no snow at all for low end computers.

Edit: Corrected the file. Snow was too dark.

Do I have to install that using img tool ? Because I tried no snow option and frankly it didn't worked for me...

You drop the extracted DFF file into a subfolder of Mod Loader. I don't recommend modifying IMG files.
