There are no too much houses, the current number of available ones in my opinion are good, considering there'll be more players joining and the minimum truckloads to be able to buy houses is set to 50.

  that was Yami_Chan skin, he had that skin while using his RC baron, so it's a bug but 

I found an update for this nice modification Dobby shared, fps increaser, and wanted to share it too
+it has support now for samp 0.3.7
+mouse fix when alt tab

What actually was happening:
I had a bit of lag between server, was doing Armored Van mission, and set cruise speed downhill to 182km/h in Securicar as you see in my hud.

Then the speed got stuck and lag increased, passed over Union Latina Base and the vehicle went to the water, not even mission failed appeared after that...just few seconds later lag recovered and mission failed, Smokey catch me for money hack wich is weird.
