Hello,
I think it would be a good idea if there would be a possibility to loan money from Banks instead of asking players to give you. That way, we won't see the scamming situations anymore and everybody could afford what they want.
The system would have to work something like in real life, a player could ask for a loan for how much he would need and he will have to pay back in a certain amount of time (days, months), with or without a fee.
What do you say ?

Hey guys. Some days ago I reinstalled my windows and I kept my gta3.img for the san andreas , and I still have the snow textures in it. I want to remove them withouth deinstalling the game , because I have some other mods in it and I don't have them anymore in pc to reinstall.
I need the original parts from the gta3.img that doesn't contain snows on them.
I would appreciate if someone can help me

Gates are added via maps. You'll have to find out what the map name is, and remove the map if you wish. Then ask mick (unless you can do it) to change the price, since its stupidly high.

If you're removing the gate remove the helipad as well so the price drops even more 

keep the helipad, it keeps it unique to living on the hills, like Hax's house.

Just lower the price of houses with gates/helipads and everybody will be happy ( also lower the normal houses )

We have a little genius here.
He wanted us to suggest a better place. So I did.

It looks quite cool but it's not enough space here :/ suggest some good place that is easy to make entrance ( Ethan's suggestion is not good :/ hard to make motorway entrance there. ) There are only roads and few houses at 1st 'ramification' (?) but it doesn't look good :C It's actually harder that i thought.
