there are already van heists... no reason to add another and house theft has nothing to do with this...
plus there have been countless suggestions about " you have to have X achievement to work this new one" things, and nothing has been done, so double No

I know that van heist exist, I never said anything about a "new mission" I am simply suggesting that the current way to hijack an armored van be modified to prevent thief camping / idling, while waiting on a loaded armored van. in other words you can steal an armored van by doing /work, this will result in a lesser pay or simply doing it the old fashioned way kind of like limo vs taxi for driving ms.daisy.  The result would be less thieves camping or idling for that solitary achievement.  This will also be great for the server's down time hours. most people are doing a convoy, and there will be two cops on at most.

There should be an additional mission added to the work list when playing as thief, this mission will be in a bright green text, indicating it's a van heist, it will always be one of the many stock Securicars that are parked near the player's location, however, since there is almost no risk in stealing the stationary van, the payout is reduced.  Completion of Vehicle thefts and Burglary achievements will be required for this.

 
A friend told me about a game with pumpkins in it, since it was Halloween I thought I'd give it a try, little did I know that this "Educational game" would scare me from not being able to sleep.

1.) Owned taxis, cabbies and other saloon cars, including the limo, should not require to be done as chauffeur.

2.) Stafford needs to be added to the list of saloon cars.

2) Stafford can currently be found at Grottis dealership and there is at least on public on at the LS tennis area by the Bank Of  San Andreas in LS

Eh... perhaps I wasn't clear...
Privately owned taxis / cabbies / saloons should NOT require the player to wear a uniform, in other words we should be able to do these missions as a trucker if we own it our self and stafford for limo missions.

maybe add some coach missions from Bayside and Fort Carson?
This will be really usefull because you can load there also. (cause you can't load there atm)
I will give here 4 examples:
1. Deliver Staff from Bayside Dock to Solarin Industries.
2. Deliver SAN-News Reporters from FC to SAN News.
3. Deliver Sport Teams from Bayside Dock to Dirtring
4. Deliver Staff from Fort Carson Hospital to San Fierro Medical Centre.

I hope this can be added.

you know... I've seen these post for some time now, and I think I have a solution, take the non-mission cars that no one owns, or cares for, out of the dealerships, and replace them with vehicles we want.

Runetrack converts it to the  viewers timezone, so whoever is reading it will see there own timezone

the one in the original post reads wed 31st cent european time. The one above is just central time

I'm trying to match up the events in both time zones, so there won't be much confusion, looks like I failed on that. but none the less it will be at 10 pm CET

I've never received a "Wrong side fine" in this area I just make a hard left making sure to cross the road straightly as if it were an intersection. similar to the one near Bayside.
