I want an option to open for players with 1000 points and above to move their vehicles wherever they want.
You can move your vehicle where ever you want. Can you explain more about what you are trying to say?
Do you want to transfer your vehicle to another person? Or you want to call your vehicle on your current position (like teleporting your vehicle to you)?
There is already an option available for this: /rm your car and if it isn't parked, it will spawn right infront of you
That with teleport/spawn yours vehicle at your locate isnt bad idea :D
