He's 'allowed' to ram his own vehicles if he wants, but screenshots 1 and 2 prove he drove over Rock_Leon's Sultan (2 seconds between them).

Let me ask a few people before deciding this.

I've asked 3 people and all of them said this isn't enough proof to warn. I can only suggest that you use Fraps or Xfire to record proof next time, it's much better proof than screenshots for ramming.
