I know there are more shiny setups but I don't like those "graphics packs" too much.
I'm using ENB with own enbseries.ini file, a timecyc.aaa mod, reffix.asi(light reflection on road), flickr.asi(prevents flicker by too much farclp), and gfxhack.asi(makes shine better on some vehicles) to get this look.

(The timecyc file is not my work, I found it in a graphics pack, I just modified the "farclp" values in it to get more view distance and made the water more opaque - and used flickr.asi to prevent flickering which would there because of the too much farclp)
If anyone want it, I can send the files in PM.
I would like it :)
Does it use a different .exe? :P i may give it a try, send it me via PM :)
It's just needs an exe which supports own timecyc. I'll send the files :)
edit: Dobby, you blocked me in PM lol
Send files to me :)
Try now.
I prefer Rubber's timecyc with skymod, I hate not being able to see far :P

I tried to set bigger farclp but then the water started to flicker at WetCounty. Maybe I'll try to keep farclp for lossantos, and set bigger drawdistance for other areas. Btw for me, if I see SF from LV, that makes sanandreas to feel smaller :D
(I'll send the files in pm for who want them, when I'll get to computer)
Very good pictures I wish I had a PC so I put up with all that ..
I got some good screens without ENB if anyone wants to see :D
I have Rubbers and sometimes I see great distances, and other I dont.. I want to be able to see downtown LS from LV all the time... and yes. I had the problem with the water disappearing on WC bridge as well, dont know how I fixed it
Hey nyolc, does this use d3d9.dll? Because otherwise I can't use xfire ig.

damn it...
I never tried, but maybe try to rename the ENB d3d9.dll to d3d9_39.dll and then copy it into the game directory. (if you already have d3d9_39.dll there then rename ENB d3d9.dll to d3d9_43.dll)
It maybe works... ::)

It will not work if you rename it :| because gta_sa.exe scans for that file. Every ENB for any game uses that file, and xfire uses it too, either play it with xfire off, or go to xfire options and turn off xfire overlay (this is what i did)

so you disable xfire overlay and you are able to use ENB with xfire running?

My only problem is that sea getting invisible with some view angles at East LS (Wet County) and at West SF. It's related to the timecyc but still don't know exactly what causeing it. I thought it's the view distance, but it's not only that... Anyone had an issue like this? - It looks like I fixed it, and by this I found an epic SAMP bug/behavior. SAMP uses Countryside timecyc values for LS :o dafuq...
So if you have water flickering/invisible problem in Wet county with my timecyc, then edit it by open the timecyc file in notepad and change the "3000" vaues in all countryside sections to "2700".

Wow, I have the same lensflare
It looks like I have two options: 3000 view distance with flickering water, or 2000 view distance with good water. So finally I stay with 2000. ::)
Beautiful :like:
