you can start there, but it takes so long to get to the landfill.. Ill stick with Las Venturas
I did my last 40 miss there. from there to SF in 3 minutes :D
I get to Whitewood through Fort Carson so it doesn't take that long. idk why I took the Tierra Robada way in the video but, never again. Anyway, taking the Fort Carson way was the fastest for me so.

tow - agreevan - agreerob houses - usually fir island by the eyre extension so you deliver at fir garage, le isle de hax, delivers at LSi, VCI usually goes to LSi or fir island rob securcars - good luck with thatrob( steal cars) - usually SF or LS
robbing securi - dillimore or north lv
stealing cars - ls pd is the best place (fastest cars) also lv is not bad but there isnt a good spawn to get fast cars all the time like in ls.
I'll stick to SF, it's fastest :P
