2 Questions:

1. Why, this mods have such poor quality
2. Why isn't your GTA loads the map, it should do since you have LQ mods ...

1. perhaps its the mod makers fault, and also perhaps its my computer.. mine isnt all super powerful and didnt cost me thousands of dollars to build
2. the GTA building arent loading because the GTA3.img is so large and it cant handle it

I have streamfix v2 or whatever it is... apparently they are not compatible
