1. perhaps its the mod makers fault, and also perhaps its my computer.. mine isnt all super powerful and didnt cost me thousands of dollars to build
2. the GTA building arent loading because the GTA3.img is so large and it cant handle it

1. That's because the creator .
2. HAHA, i bet ethan has a pc 100x times better than yours . And that's because of the large gta3.img , not because his PC.
