I was wondering if auto unmute system could be implemented. The example would be when a person gets auto muted, they get auto unmuted after say 60 seconds or 5mins, therefore this would stop spamming I hope and save admins unmuting them and/ or getting hastled by others to unmute the other player.
Thoughts ?
Sounds good. +1
+1, Cause if the server is full of people and you accident get muted then you gotta log out and hope to god that you get back in, which sucks.
-1 its your fault for getting muted in the first place. if you cant deal with the consequence, then too bad.

Yeah. But do you think we do that on purpose?.?.?
If its by accident. You may as welk just have been kicked for high ping.
I say +1 to the idea. I also think that maybe we should all be able to see whos muted. Maybe on top of the speedo or around the top. It could tell people who's muted. Or everyone could do /muted. To check
This'll stop people trying to contact each other. And feeling rejected when they dont respond.
A good idea?

Well. It happens heaps so there must be a reason behind it or it might be your keyboard messing up - lag ect..

+1 Cuz I hate to /q always when I get muted, Some mods or admins are nice to me and unmutes me :)
+1 ofc i say yes
I dont mind it because i can unmute XD
But sometimes there is no admins on so +1.
Maybe:
1st time flood = 10 secs.
2nd time flood = 30 secs.
3rd time flood = 5 mins.
4th time flood = admin has to unmute/relog.
This would be set on a login session.
Each flood count would be reset after player relogs.
+1 but when a player want to make advertising of another server and no admin is not on is noot good..

+1 Bro :D
Someone has suggested similar idea before but nothing happened. The problem is that you get muted even if you dont repeat the same sentence. As example:
"wtf was that"
"wtf was that thing"
You still get muted even if its not the same letters. So when i get a warning message i type "hghkk" problem solved :)
But i see many people are getting muted so yeah something must be done about this
The problem can also occur when you are typing to fast. And that's what people do these days, they type very fast and make mistakes. When they see the mistake they repeat the sentence with the corrections made. I had this problem only once or twice a few days after I joined the server. Once I figured it out, I stopped being muted. Maybe you guys should do the same. Take your time when writing a message, so you don't have to write it twice.
I agree with the limited time but I don't agree with the amount.
1st spam = muted for 30 seconds
2nd spam = muted for 1 minute
3rd spam = banned by Smokey
It's better this way because there are persistent spammers who leave the program to spam for a longer time. So if you get muted for 30 seconds, you can just continue with your delivery, because time will pass. Same with the 2nd attempt. One minute is not that long, but it's enough for you to consider being more careful.

I hardly make any mistakes and I type fast :P O0
Anyways, back to the topic. I think this is a really great Idea and i think the current system needs to be modified at least a little bit..
