[HELP] Random Freezes while playing.

Hello guys hope everyone is doing ok.
The Issue: I have installed the Fresh GTA SA i could find and everything is clean No MoD loader or any ASI,
now the issue is when am on the server driving or on a job the Game Freezes yes the whole game including SAMP, at the time i have to close the game via task manger or i have to reboot my whole system. i do not know why this happens but I'm desperate to fix this since am on Petrol Tanker, Trying to finish it. 

if anyone know how to fix this issue please share.
And No i don't have any Videos or Screenshot because at those time it's impossible to take SS or Video.

Try lowering all settings, draw distance, resolutions etc and /fpslimit 30 and see if its runs.

  I already did, same thing. i think it's the SAMP Client or Something else but not the game. because i did played the default game and nothing happened.

The games runs Good. but those Freezes are totally random

Which version of GTA:SA are you using? If it's the Steam version, downgrade it to version 1.0. I also recommend getting SA-MP Addon, as it fixes many of the spontaneous crashes and, most of the time, has a positive impact on performance.
