This thread started somewhere and going somewhere,Why are you complicating the things.If you find a club car on road,you can restore it by going to the club menu(it takes max 15  sec as the vehicle search has been added).In case if you are not in club then ask an admin or a player from that club to restore.5 min auto respawn is too complicated as it can restore cars unneccesarily.Tbh even moderators cant spawn/unspawn cars if they want but clubs have the ability to spawn/restore/unspawn vehicles as you wish and you people are lazy to even use that.
