Allow the players who arent vips atleast to remove their achievements or distance on their ct status picture

Even if I am a mod, that doesn't change anything. I still must pay to be a VIP if I want to, that's why I did.

Hm i dont need to face any facts because the suggestion wasnt good so i dont really have to care is going to be added or not
