Exact same thing happened to my friends laptop when one of his RAM cards somehow got damage. He removed it and it stopped happening. But i think what quotary said about a damaged gpu could be true as well

I updated all and turned off / on (restarted) my laptop and still the same

I can't removed RAM card in my laptop because it is tampered in motherboard meaning the RAM cannot be removed and replaced...
