Forum and in-game - Suggestion

Guys how about making forum chating page where we can chat in-game
It should be in home page not forum (www.convoytrucking.net)
1. Features: (In-game chat !m <text here> for ex. !m Hello the color will be blue when talking from forum like this Raunak_Singh in forum: Hello )
2. pm feature: (!pm <player id or player name> like !pm John_Yahug hello color will be yellow saying pm from Raunak_Singh in forum: Hi

Admin
1. banned: (!banned <player id or player name> <reason> like !banned nou hacking like this Text: A admin in forum banned nou for hacking
Moderate
1.kicked: (also can be used by admin  !kic <player id or player name> <reason> like !kic Npk insulting
Text to be shown: A moderate or admin in forum kicked Npk Reason:insulting
2.Warn: (Also can be used by admin !war <player id or player name> <reason> like !war Npk Behave
Text: A moderate or admin from forum Warned Npk reason: Behave

All:
1. Player chating in forum from in-game: (@fom <text> Only text is shown to forum online member
Text: Ravi in-game send forum message: hi
2. /command (by this we can see IRC chat commands only from IRC chat only those can see who used the command but Moderate and Admin can also see if you used the command)
3. Before going in Forum chating : As we know we need before entering IRC chat you need to enter name
4.Replace: Replace the chat page as Forum chating
5.incoming chat in-game:We can see other who are chating in-game and how other die and people talking in cb
6.Chat box to chat
7. We can also join cb in forum too by !jcb <channel number> but direct talking in chat box by !m we can talk in global to talk in cb type !cbc <text>
8. Talking to other Forum member: to do this you need to just type a text dont type any command like this Chatbox:Hi it will say
others and the chating player will hear it like:

This has been suggested before but I don't see why it shouldn't be part of the game as it can be monitored as well. It would help those people who used to play come and chat with people ingame while not having to actually join the game itself as some people have uninstalled SAMP already and don't feel the need to reinstall it.

I think it would give more life to the server. It might help bring in new players and make the chat more interesting as well. I mean, many people already do this with the shoutbox and never come in game.

As long as moderators will be able to control( mute/kick/warn ) those who chat from the website/forum im in.

as mods you would have that privilege anyways.....
