I forgot to screenshot the incident but I know all the happenings.1st I go to dillimore to the a shortcut to go to market los santos. I pay the fine, and he weight me and I ran away so before I got the star he is following me.

Also if you run away for a cop that wants to weight you, the cop should follow you in case you decide to stop after 10 seconds so he can still weight you.
