This player i reported RaichuOMG just became mad, i was just driving my vehicle to do cement missions and he came and chasing me then i thought he is just trying to go somewhere and he is in emergency so i hit a little bit break so that he can go and turm before me but he reached at turn and trying to block my way i thought he got rammed or something or i thought he forgot where he was going but i saw that he didnt forgot anything he came to annoy me just to block me and annoy me he tried to ram my truck so that i fall in water but he failed and while he was doing shit i tooked pics because i know that if i report no actions will be taken because while admins see my report and see that guy until he will be away from me and admins will think he is away from him how he annoy him? and i dont want that idk why that player just came me to ram me to block me i think he was drunk atm.

if its anything worth for earlier today he also arrogantly took the whole road and pushed me into water. Just a arrogant driver overall

I have no proof, but i can confirm that he's ramming as he rammed me while i was doing Artic missions.
