roadwork or bridge collapse and repair?  you dont always have to call them roadworks
question: what are these randomly placed? http://i.imgur.com/NWVLH0z.jpg?
suggestion/question: if you want to use scaffolding, you should put them by the bridge supports, since thats what it looks like youre repairing

It's Bridge Pre-Build (Yes, I will pre-build it in future.)
Answer : Those randomly placed objects are there because they'll be used for the bridge, I putted them there, because otherwise It wouldn't look that good right behind the crane.
Answer : Thanks for that suggestion, that'll be done too.
Answer : I wondered what shall I use, and I always go with gates, but that'll be fixed too.
