What actually was happening:
posting again since my last ban appeal got rejected and new evidence came up.

Both the moderator Sjomp and redfoo allowed me to divebomb redfoo and since divebombing for fun is allowed

Divebombing for fun (they must have evidence/statement that other player allowed it = allowed (but only to people who allowed it) they also cannot cause trouble to innocent bystanders.

my ban is completely unfair since both mod and the player allowed it and none got hurt.

Redfoo didn't answer about Shockwavee he talked about another guy that divebombed him earlier.


when redfoo was asked if he allowed me to divebomb him his answer was reffering to a previous divebomb by some player who was theft not my divebomb. Sjmop said its fine and since nobody was hurt not even redfoo since i didnt hit him. This was a missunderstanding if i was not allowed after the mod gave me premmission then it was not my fault.

also at the same day a guy got banned for divebombing a convoy and got a 3 day ban i mean what the f...

I have unlocked it, but adding: Mick's statement about your friends do not have the authority to allow you to break server rules quoted by Sandman is way more newer than Sjomps quote. Admin has said your ban appeal was rejected and you are not supposed to post a new one again. Wait for an admin to reply here.

But the thing Sandman quoted was about people that were insulting each other and this is about people playing together and have fun.
And if divebombing with permission isn't allowed then I should be punished for giving him wrong information.
Shockwavee didn't do anything wrong since I told him it was allowed.

Like i said i thought if a mod allowed it it was ok i would have never done it if i was said its not allowed ...i wont do it ever again even if it is for fun

I don't see any proof of Shockwavee actually divebombing? Where's the proof? (Innocent until proven guilty)

Ultimately it is up to the staff member's discretion to deal an appropriate punishment and guidelines are not absolute. However given that there's reasonable evidence that Redfoo did allow you to divebomb him, and that this is currently allowed in guidelines, I have to unban you.

I am going to make the 'divebombing for fun' guideline invalid from now on and all divebombing incidents will be dealt with equally. I don't see any reason why there needs to be an exception to 'divebomb for fun'.
