What actually was happening:
I haven't logged on in over a year (reasons I can explain if needed) and I have just got SAMP to work with Win 10 and hopped onto the server and I have been banned... Also I do not know who banned me so I have put down staff member for now.

If you haven't logged in for more than a year then your account no longer exists, and someone else has been banned on that name.

Okay well I say over a year because whenever I logged on over the past year it SAMP would either crash for me after a few minutes of playing or I would log on and not have any time to do anything

The name Mark is registered to someone in Serbia and you're in the UK. Use a different name.
