It looks like he was fixing his car as he's not inside. Also you weren't even going that side as your unload was as at LVA, so you had to turn left on that intersection.

1. He isnt fixing his car, he is staying there waithing for someone.
2. But if my unload would be at Linden Site, I might got a problem right now.
