That looks nothing like Grand Theft Auto V.

The reflections are over the top needs to reduce the lense flare/grain.

Ofc like most of the times, you didn't understand the original topic... he's talking about an ENB to simulate GTA V graphics in GTA San Andreas, not ENB for GTA V.

You never opened the linkJoci posted to see what this all is about rite? Dobby put those screens there for a reason. Plus this is in gta & sa MP  section. If it was a enb MOD for gta v I'm pretty sure syd would of moved it to gta v section without telling you those words.

Goldy i tried that mod
first it was cool but after 10-15 mins i saw this is a sh*t. hud,minimap gone if u put the game to the "tray".
