Variable housing prices

Put the fun back into house shopping. Half the fun back in the old days was who could find the cheapest house around, and who got to scoop it up. I remember I bought a 1 slot, 432k, then a 2 slot 920k, then a 3 slot for 726k, (dont ask how i remember haha) but those odd numbers made it fun, and since they werent all set prices it put meaning into house hunting. Im not asking for lower housing prices directly, Im just thinking of an example: 1 slot house, 794k, 732k, 679k. Not a boring set price of 750k all around. its not candy shopping, its house shopping.

Pointless, there soooooooo much house for sale i dont think changing the prices would help.

whats so pointless for getting the best out of your money? i think it is a great idea since everything is so "standard" so a bit of mix up expecialy for something you pay for could be very interesting
Maybe make an even bigger gap like 25- 75k. the more "ugly" the house is the price is lover.

Actually not a bad idea; the better the house is, the higher (with a max. price) should be
It is the same as in real life. Also I think this will make people buy a house more often.

Yes change the prices, all house for 1 mil. and there will be peace forever

I'm all for house prices being dropped even more. But if the prices went down to what you're saying Race, then it would encourage players to come on once every 59 days to stop auto evict. Admin's don't evict anymore. Due to the fact there's plenty of houses probably.

Here's what i think:

1 slot = between 100k - 250k,
2 slot = between 200k - 350k,
etc
etc

Price would be negotiable based on area, slots and if you've heiled hydra recently.

But like you said since theres plenty of houses it doesnt matter just evict who gets reported or what have you. Or, minimal time spent ingame thing? Say 10 hours for 60 days? 5 hours for 60 days? hell, 2 hours?

With the number of 1,2,3 slot houses no need for them to be evicted. The real problem is 5+ houses of inactive players
