Ability to sit as passenger in boats and planes with G

The title tells the aim of this suggestion

Boats have no "seats" in GTA SA, SOME planes and helicopters have passenger seats already, but can only be used as passenger while on land(floating heli's and planes are faulty).

PS. This is Rockstar and SAMP related, not gamemode
