well i got this guy in doherty and fined him then he get wanted and exit server then he came back wanted and send me that message y /report him in game but is useless because i think andmins cant see what he send me via /messages well here the screen

the other thing to report is that when i was near him to arresthim he /q he did it 3 times before he insult me i have chatlog in other pc or you can check it if you can thank you
