What actually was happening:
daniel and me go to somewhere i was get in and i was afk, when i was "on air" i typed "/kill" (check in log)
i cant see daniel and his "victim".

And i cant report him because admin banned him within 10 seconds.

Meh, in this proof youre just standing on his car, 'egging' him on really. Your custom rank doesnt help your case either.
People have been banned for this in the past, (remember Patryk doing it in a dumper with a few people? And Konali went psycho at them )
