Pay System in CT as i know:
Extra Bonus for Own RT =20% of Basic pay
Extra Bonus for Own Trailer =10% of Basic pay

Extra Bonus for Club RT=30% of Basic pay
Extra Bonus for Club Trailer =15 % of Basic pay


Here hydrangea is using Own Rt and Club Trailer, and she got a pay of 74,809 and bonus is 12,468
(this Bonus is for her own RT)
so Basic pay here is 74,809-12,468= 62341 (without any own/club vehicles)

so she got 30 % extra money for own Rt  i.e 62,341 x 0.20 =12,468 (20%)
and club got 15 % for club trailer i.e 62,341 x 0.15 = 9,351 (15 %)

So,she must have been getting like 81043$ (74,809 + (62,341 x 0.10)) if she is using own trailer.

Fixed it. Anyway if want it to be simple just add the amount that has gone for club + the amount she earned for her self = total money she got.
And if you want to calculate how much she'd earned if she used a owned trailer then Kake already done that for you.
