why would I pay a fee for a parking lot when there is plenty of free ones? if I did have a house, I can use public parking. I dont see the point of this suggestion.

good thing is, you don't need a house

but you need a house to own a car, and plenty of public trucks out now that even if I dont have a house I can still make money and not even have to pay any fee whatsoever, anywhere.
