This guy all time provoke me and he want to i go insult him... please can u give him bann or something best than warn.. because warn dont work for that player .. i never start first fight but when somone provoke me i will insult too .. i dont want any more contact with this noob on server ... here is old report when i am get wanr for no reason and he... I want to stop figt with he, but he dont want to stop fight ..

You both need to sort your shit out between each other. Dont provoke each other, dont even speak to each other and all will be fine and dandy.
With this report, i cant formally punish for this, except you both need to grow up.
