Began to speak evil, which is where I live in Brazil , saying it has poverty , and I live in the favela , and he did not know which region I live.

About this report, it just seems like a question to me, could be like asking me if my neighbour lives 500km down the road? Doesnt look disrespectful to me, however it seems sarcastic so ill remind him to respect all players.
